Głównym atutem obiektu jest odległość od zgiełku centrum - cisza. Duży zadbany teren. Widok na Śnieżkę. Czysto w domkach.
Obiekt lata świetności ma już za sobą. Sporo usterek. Fakt że gospodarz od razu zareagował. Kolejny minus niewygodne łóżka. Nawet 10 letnie dziecko które waży 30 kg zapadało się w materacu. Dorosła osoba spała niemalże na ożebrowaniu łóżka. I chyba największy minus dla mnie. Brak albo minimalne umeblowanie obiektu. Przy 5 osobach w jednym domku znajdowała się dosłownie 1 komoda z 4 szufladami! Pomijam szafeczki przy łóżkach do których mieściły się tylko okulary i telefon. Wystrój obiektów minimalistyczny wręcz ascetyczny który w żaden sposób nie nawiązuje do miejsca i rejonu. Cena niestety nie adekwatna do jakości.
