Fantastic property in a great location.

Location was great for access to Snowdonia National Park on the A5 and a short drive from Betws-Y-Coed. The property was well maintained and cosy, Having a Pub a short walk across the road was a bonus. I met the owner and they were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local areas and some good walks. I will definitely come back.

Dirty unmade bed waiting for me!

Close to the charity event

I am sorry to say that I checked out after one night . The reassurance of “seeing what you could do” gave me no confidence in the owners actions. I appreciated them taking the time to bring a clean sheet but I’d already gone to buy my own. I was there that weekend for a charity event and all I really needed was a clean environment to have a good nights sleep. This was not the case. The paper thin curtains do not keep the light from the street lamp out of the bedroom. This would’ve been slightly less annoying had the studio been clean. Every touch point is greasy from the light switch to the microwave. The whole place needs a good clean. The bed sheet being obviously not fresh was my biggest concern. This is a basic need for a good night sleep. I am disappointed and having paid for 3 nights I expected better.

Lovely weekend visiting different areas my favourite I would recommend to visit would be Conwy.

Liked the location. Nice waking up to the sheep & cows . Was ideal for a weekend break .

It was ideal for a weekend break but any longer I would have needed something slightly bigger … didn’t like sitting on the sofa that was in close proximity of the kitchen.

Very good value for money.

The cottage was self catering. Everything was provided for us to do our own cooking. The location was very good, easy for days out. The pub over the road served a good selection of meals & drinks.

For us, it was exactly what we wanted, there was nothing to dislike. It was very clean when we arrived, everything was provided & it was dog friendly.

I really enjoyed having a lovely little cottage to escape to after Mountain Leader Training each day.

Lovely little warm cottage with almost everything needed for a little get-away.

Although I understand why it makes sense to take one’s own bath towels, I think a tea towel would be really helpful. otherwise all great!

Enjoyed the stay, a few issues need sorting but nothing major

Self catering so breakfast not applicable. Tumble drier and washing machine downstairs. Nice scenery and river nearby.

Bed uncomfortable, dirty stained duvet. Shower trap blocked and tray fills with water. Kitchen utilities need updating.

Beautiful location serves as a good base for day trips. Designed well and good use of the grounds. Good WiFi and enclosed courtyard for a dog.

Poor tv reception, could do with a better aerial or a smart tv.

Dog not so friendly

Clean, nice little Brooke and views

No garden. No lawn for the dog outside. Bed very uncomfortable and the sofa is uncomfortable for two people. The TV is way too high and gives you neck ache trying to watch it.

Perfect location and well equipped!

Great location for Snowdonia and Betws Y Coed as well as the surrounding towns. The views are fantastic and there are all the utensils you could want in the kitchen. Bedroom comfortable a good base to go exploring. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Will be back to visit again soon!

Prima en wellicht voor herhaling vatbaar.

De locatie was voor ons centraal. Het was een goed bed en de keuken was ook goed.

De verlichting binnen. Te felle tl verlichting en een donkere hoek bij de eettafel. De bank was voor ons een hang bank. In de badkamer een kleine wastafel en de binnenkant van de wc bril was niet zo helder. Ook het gemis aan handdoeken. En afwasborstel of sponsje en vaatdoekjes.
