The large and bright living room has an open plan with the kitchen on one side with a terrace facing the old city.
The master bedroom with a king size bed has two glass walls and has another terrace with a view towards Punta Paitilla .
The master bath is spectacular with two fully glazed walls; here, too, the view is breathtaking seeing the bridge over the canal.
A second small bathroom divides the living room.
The decor is modern , European-style, linear and unique.
The apartment has all the necessary appliances to include wifi , cable TV and telephone (only receiving phone).
Included in the rent, the customer can take advantage of a parking space in the low floors of the building and an exclusive social area at the 10th floor which includes two spectacular pools overlooking the 'Cinta Costera ', hot tubs, fully equipped gym and common room.
The new metro that connects urban neighborhoods of the city is just 50 meters from the building.

We were very pleased with our stay. It is a wonderful condo very well located with everything we needed, two pools, a gymnasium and a social area. The view the condo were one of a kind. We could see boats entering or exiting the Panama canal. We were close to the old and the new Panama. There was all kinds of tours available to discover Panama and its diverse cultures. The best part was looking at Panama city at night with all the lights on. We had a wonderful time and a unique experience

Fantastic views. Only challenge was getting the AC to hold the temperature. It was either too cold or too hot.

. Very well placed near Centra Costera and Casco Viejo. There were good views from both terraces Two good restaurants near the apartment--Masala, Indian and Zi Maria, Italian. There were two grocery stores nearby, Rey and Riba Smith. The pool was very nice with an infnity setup overlooking the ships going to the canalIi
