Inside you'll find a fireplace, large, smart TV inside with large windows opening to porch and overlooking the lake.
This home is located on the lake and has a boat dock; Lilly pad for swimming fun. 1 Boat slip available for your use.
Bunk room sleeps 8, queen size bed in other 2 rooms. Chef's kitchen fully stocked. Linens provided. All bedrooms have a view of the lake.
Massive windows throughout with expansive views of the lake.
Washer/dryer/microwave/Smart TV/Wi-Fi. Sheets and bath towels provided! Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Short boat ride to GREENPOND. Short Drive to Anderson Civic Center. Restaurants & shopping within minutes. 10minute boat ride to The Shores of Asbury waterpark and El Arriero Mexican restaurant. 15minute boat ride to The Galley at Portman Shoals.

Please bring a Coast Guard approved life jacket for all children 12 and under.

**We are on a very busy part of the lake and extra large fenders are suggested when securing boat. To access the larger part of the lake, you must pass under a low bridge. Biminis and ski towers must be lowered when the water level is high. Larger boats, boats unable to lower towers, WILL NOT be able to pass under bridge. **

We had a gal pal weekend at this fabulous VRBO. This stunning home was everything we had hoped for and more. The screened in porch overlooking the lake was our favorite spot. And Andrea the owner was the best. She was always available to answer any questions. We loved this home and hope to return. Thank you Andrea for allowing us to create some special memories in your beautiful abode.

Spent the weekend with my parents, brother's family and my children at this beautiful home to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday (while my daughter had summer school at Clemson). The home is perfect, an awesome layout for spending time together in the living room and seated around the island for breakfast! It was very comfortable with all the amenities needed. We rented a boat so spent much of our time on the water and it was wonderful having access! Can't say enough about this house, wish we could've stayed longer.

Beautiful house! We stayed here for 5 days during Clemson move-in. So much more relaxing than a hotel! Didn’t take long to travel back and forth from campus, and it was nice to escape from the traffic and busyness at the end of the day. The house is conveniently located near Target, Publix, and Walmart in Anderson. Would definitely stay here again!
