Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin at 8 Jenkins Road, Newbury, NH! Nestled on a private road just steps from Lake Sunapee and less than a mile from Mount Sunapee Ski Resort, our cabin is the ideal retreat for your next vacation. Enjoy an array of activities from fishing and water skiing to downhill mountain biking and skiing at the Sunapee Adventure Park.

Whether you're hitting the slopes at Mount Sunapee in the winter or enjoying water sports in the summer, our cabin offers the perfect base for your adventures. While we don’t rent out for the entire winter season, we welcome extended weekend or 1-2 week stays. Even if the lodge is closed, you're just 2 minutes from home, making lunchtime breaks during your ski day a breeze.

This was a great location to Mt. Sunapee! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and house was warm. Could use TV instructions, as remotes did not function. We enjoyed 4 nights, pretty low maintenance family, spent most of our time snowboarding. We brought our dog, and she loved it as she found a toy and we forgot to pack her one!

Cozy little lakeside cottage - everything was quite good and enjoyable. Greg was super responsive to all of our questions. We would certainly like to visit again sometime soon!

This property was perfect for us -- cute, comfortable, easy. The owner was attentive and available for anything we needed. The property is located on a lovely block leading to Lake Sunapee and near the State Beach and Mount Sunapee Ski Mountain that has a lot to do in the summer. I highly recommend staying here!

While it was a very short walk to the lake, there were so many houses along the street and in front and behind us that there was no view. It did feel like folks could see in every window. A good fix would be to have drapes that open and close and shut out the 5 am morning light. Perhaps the best time to visit would be when the lake is warmer for swimming.
