Spacious house with a large living room of 40m2 and bright with large windows overlooking the sea and the dunes. Ideal for a large family with 4 bedrooms, 2 with a bed of 160 cm, a room with a bed 140 cm, a room with 2 single beds 70, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. All beds are equipped with a duvet. Sheets and towels are not provided. The outdoor wooden space consists of several terraces with deckchairs and outdoor furniture. In a quiet and private estate, wooden villa at the top of the dunes, surrounded by sand and greenery overlooking the sea and 300 meters walk from a huge sandy beach. Many activities or discoveries nearby: the Bay of Somme, the Marquenterre Park, the swimming pool Aquaclub Belle Dune, a golf course, the yacht club to practice sand yachting, equestrian center, acrobranche, tennis, bike paths and Hiking routes ... All shops are nearby.

Un endroit magnifique donc et une très chouette maison, mais quelques bémols. Machine à café en panne (et je ne fais pas 30 km pour aller en acheter une :)), poignée de la toilette cassée...(avec qq un enfermé dedans sinon c'est pas drôle), chasse d'eau qui coule. Rien de bien grave mais vu qu'on m'a demandé 1 euro symbolique pour un verre cassé, je me dis que cela peut être signalé... 100 euros de nettoyage, ce n'est pas rien et pour éviter de les payer, il faudrait se grouiller pour tout nettoyer avant 9h30, sans avoir la certitude que le résultat plaira. Autant dire qu'avec des petits enfants, ce n'est pas jouable. Les escaliers (qui devraient être signalés ailleurs que dans les "équipements"): avec des petits enfants, c'est galère car ils sont étroits et très irréguliers. Une suggestion: installer sur le parking ou au bas des escaliers une rampe pour y attacher des vélos car il n'est pas possible de les monter et de les descendre chaque fois. Autre suggestion: demander à la mairie de prévoir un tri des déchets facilement accessible? Bonne fin de saison, Bonjour, En réponse à votre réaction à propos de mon avis que vous considérez comme non valide, je vous informe que je n'ai pas envie de modifier mon avis mais cela ne me gêne pas le moins du monde qu'il ne soit pas publié. Je précise toutefois, à votre intention, que je considère que le mécanisme mis en place à propos du nettoyage n'est pas adéquat: il serait beaucoup plus clair de prévoir d'emblée le prix du nettoyage dans le prix de location. Les modalités de l'état des lieux de sortie n'étaient pas trop claires non plus, d'autant plus qu'il n'y avait pas eu d'état des lieux d'entrée... Bien à vous,

Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage mit einem schönen Blick auf eine Dünenlandschaft und das Meer, zum Strand und nach Quend-Plage sind es jeweils nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet, z.B. nach Amiens, Calais, Le Touquet, Abbeville oder zur Baie der la Somme. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-)

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Oktober in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Das Haus war top ausgestattet. Wir hatten auch meine Eltern dabei. Die Treppe zum Haus ist tatsächlich etwas besonders, da die Stufen aus Holz und etwas uneben sind. Wenn man das aber weiß, kann man sich darauf einstellen. Ansonsten war im Oktober absolute Nebensaison, und im Ort schon nichts mehr los. Alle Geschäfte und die meisten Restaurants hatten geschlossen. Für uns war das aber kein Problem. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder und würden das Haus immer weiter empfehlen!

belle situation, magnifique vue on sent l'investissement et le gout du propriétaire déçu par contre par nettoyage insuffisant à notre arrivée heureusement pas de voisinage pendant notre séjour mais en cas d'occupation du chalet voisin risque de problème d'intimité (privacy) qui nous fait hésiter pour prochaine location

Après deux périodes de confinement, ce séjour au milieu des dunes nous a fait beaucoup de bien. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée et très bien décorée. Nous avons eu de la chance avec la météo et avons bien pu profiter du jardin et de la terrasse. La plage immense et belle est propice aux belles et longues promenades, nombreuses dans la région. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Cette maison était d’une propreté impeccable. Un de nous était sujet aux allergies et n’a connu aucun problème. Le lieu est décoré avec goût... une maison en bois face aux dunes qui s’étirent jusqu’à l’horizon. La mer et le calme. Un paradis en Baie de Somme.

Une vue incroyable, dépaysante au possible, pour cette maison très bien équipée ! Aucune mauvaise surprise n’est venue gâcher notre séjour. Nous aurions apprécié plus de flexibilité sur l’heure d’arrivée, rdv peu évident à respecter quand on voyage avec des jeunes enfants.

Het huis is prachtig gesitueerd, met vanaf het terras een ongestoord geweldig uitzicht over de duinen en, in de verte, de zee. Als je van de zee en het strand houdt, is dit een aanrader. Een aandachtspunt is de trap; deze is hoog en moeilijk begaanbaar. Niet te doen wanneer je niet goed ter been bent, ademhalings-en/of hartproblemen hebt.

Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand auf einem Dünenkamm mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist jedoch nur über eine steile Treppe für ältere Gäste etwas problematisch zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlichen Holzhaus auf den Dünen rundherum wohlgefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad im Obergeschoss sind zwar etwas klein und ein wenig mehr Stauraum für die Kleidung wäre wünschenswert, aber für die Dauer eines Urlaubs kann man sich damit gut arrangieren. Sonst fehlt es dem Haus an nichts. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles, was in der Beschreibung des Hauses angegeben ist, ist auch vorhanden, auch das WLAN. Die beiden breiten Betten besitzen je eine breite Bettdecke, es muss hier an die passenden Bezüge gedacht werden. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, bis zum Strand sind es trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten. Auch die Bäckerei, die Geschäfte und Restaurants, der Kletterpark und das Minigolf sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto wenige Minuten entfernt. Herr Boillod hat im Vorfeld alle meine Fragen freundlich und schnell beantwortet und wäre auch, sofern nötig, während des Aufenthalts jederzeit erreichbar gewesen. Eine Freundin von Herrn Boillod, Stéphanie, hat mit uns die Schlüsselübergabe an An- und Abreisetag vorgenomen. Sie war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und wäre ebenfalls jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar gewesen. Fazit: Falls wir noch einmal nach Quend kämen, würden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen wollen. Merci Christoph! Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans ta villa! Merci Stéphanie! C'était un plaisir de te rencontrer!

Cette location appelle au calme et au repos: le repos attendu pour notre séjour a été au RDV, le soleil était de la partie et nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour au sein de cette maison très bien équipée et tout confort. Das Haus liegt sehr schön zusammen mit einigen anderen baugleichen Gebäuden auf einem Dünenkamm mit einem wunderschönen freien Blick in das Grün des Marquenterre und durch die Dünenspitzen hindurch sogar auf das Meer hinaus. Es ist sehr ruhig dort, zum Entspannen wunderbar geeignet. Ein Reh hatte sich direkt an das Haus herangetraut. Das Haus wurde offensichtlich vor Kurzem erst renoviert, erscheint sehr hell, freundlich und funktionell. Es ist gut mit allem Inventar ausgestattet, um eine gute Zeit dort auch bei Regenwetter zu verbringen. Der wunderbare Strand ist in 500m zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Ein paar wenige Dinge sollten zukünftige Mieter zuvor wissen: Der Parkplatz liegt lagebedingt nicht direkt am Haus. Es sind zum Teil auch sehr hohe Stufen die Düne hinauf zum Haus zu überwinden, so dass Menschen mit Gehproblemen und auch Buggybenutzer Schwierigkeiten haben werden. Entgegen der Objektbeschreibung ist ein Internetzugang (LAN oder WLAN) nicht vorhanden! Die sehr freundliche Dame, die die Übergabe abgewickelt hatte, schaute uns bei der Frage nach dem Zugangsschlüssel für das WLAN nur groß an. Es werden nur französische Fernsehkanäle empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. All diese Punkte sind (bis auf die sehr ärgerliche Fehlinformation bezüglich des Internetzugangs) keine Negativpunkte bezogen auf den Aufenthalt, den wir insgesamt sehr genossen haben.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très agréable, lumineuse et fonctionnelle conforme à la description, d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux, et surtout la vue panoramique sur les dunes et la mer. Parfaitement situé tout est accessible a pied, les commerces, la plage, les restaurant. Le calme et la vue nous manquent déjà.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille dans ce lieu magique. On se sent comme seul au monde face à ces vastes étendues de massifs dunaires, avec en prime une vue sur la mer. Un lieu fait pour se ressourcer! La maison a été rénovée avec goût. Elle est confortable, lumineuse, et ouverte sur ce cadre de nature hors du commun. Bien équipée, fonctionnelle, sans vis-à-vis, avec sa terrasse bois très agréable. Nous avons adoré la proximité des belles plages de sable, en 10min à pied ! La région quant à elle offre de belles activités, comme l'aquarium Nausicaa, le parc naturel du Marquenterre, les sports de plage.. Christophe le propriétaire a été fort sympathique, rien à dire ! C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons!
