About this villa rental
This Villa is first of all the dream of a French couple, decided to spend their retirement there in the sweetness, calm and charm of an island located in a typical architectural setting. They designed their house to accommodate their family, friends and travelers in the greatest comfort.
Today, forced to return to France, they offer their little paradise to travelers wishing to settle down for a while and take advantage of the many activities offered on the island.
Our villa is located on the island of DJERBA in the South of Tunisia. This island is a little corner of paradise and the locals take care of it! Tourism, the main source of Tunisia, has picked up well and Tunisians are very caring for tourists.
You can barbecue evenings under a starry sky in a warm, summer atmosphere! With family or friends, happiness and sweetness are guaranteed!
The house that we built and lived in for 8 years, is located in a European district of MIDOUN, 20 minutes from HOUM SOUK airport, it will allow you to disconnect serenely and enjoy the many activities that the island offers:
* Golf
* Sea activities: Kitesurf, jet sky
* Bathing and walking on the beach at 500m
* Quad
* Horse riding
* Camel ride
* Visit of potters in GUELLALA
* Visit to the Ghriba synagogue
* Walk in the SOUK for the greatest pleasure of the eyes
* Thalasso: Tunisia is renowned for the quality of its centers
* Good restaurant addresses at very affordable prices (directions upon arrival)
* Relaxing around a good wine (Tunisia is starting to offer very good wines too)

It is located 500m from the beach, small local shops, an equestrian center and the golf course is less than 1KM away and there are also good places to eat.
On site, our housekeeper ORIDA will welcome you and will always be available to advise you on the “US and CUSTOMS” of the country (prices, good addresses, supermarkets, routes, etc.). She will also be available if you want extra cleaning or massages, beauty treatments, which she practices with professionalism.
What could be more pleasant than living in a single storey house with all the amenities! The swimming pool will allow you to relax and enjoy the surroundings of the garden carefully maintained by our gardener.
As if you were at home but with a change of scenery guaranteed!

You will have the choice of airports offering a direct flight to Djerba and more precisely HOUM SOUK. From there, you can take a taxi or rent a car at a lower cost.
