About this apartment rental
Sunny & modern - 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 5 + 1 infant on request) with private terrace and stunning views over the beautiful, free-form community pool. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and supermarket, 2 minutes drive from secluded beach, and just a few minutes drive from the pretty seaside town of Moraira with its many restaurants, shops and beaches.
The apartment has partial sea views and also overlooks the pool, which is surrounded by spacious, landscaped sun-bathing terraces for exclusive use by the residents/guests of the Pueblo de la Paz community.. The pool is ideal for children with gently sloping access and a baby area. Tennis courts are 2 mins walk.
Also within walking distance are further restaurants & bars (one with its own swimming pool), a well-stocked supermarket & a pharmacy. The beautiful, secluded beach on Cumbre del Sol (2 mins drive) has a beach bar and a restaurant - which are open until late in the evening in the summer months.
The apartment is well maintained and furnished. The living/dining area opens onto a private terrace which has superb views of the pool, and is perfect for al-fresco dining, or simply lazing in the sun.
The property is ideal for couples and families seeking a beautiful and peaceful setting with good on-site facilities, and near to the beach and all amenities.
The living/dining room has comfortable seating, a dining table & chairs, TV & a DVD player.
There is a central hot/cold air-conditioning unit in the living area which cools/heats the entire apartment.
There are two bedrooms - 1 double and and a triple (bunk beds and a single bed) - both beautifully fitted with plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have double doors leading onto "juliet" balconies, and the master bedroom has lovely views over the pool.
The well equipped kitchen is open plan, and has a coffee machine in addition to the equipment listed. A utility cupboard houses the washing machine.
Bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath, basin & WC.
The dining terrace has a table & chairs (seats 4), a parasol, 4 sun chairs, and has partial sea views plus spectacular views over the pool.
Access to the huge, free-form pool is directly opposite, and free WI-FI internet access and sun-beds are available at the pool. There are lifeguards at the pool during the summer months.
The apartment is situated on a quiet road, and there is parking right outside the property.
SMOKING is not permitted inside the apartment, but allowed on the terrace.

The flat is located in a large condominium.
The area is calm and quiet despite the proximity of the large community swimming pool.
The pool is permanently supervised by 2 lifeguards, which is very reassuring when you have children.
I can only recommend this rental.

The apartment was nice, in an "urbanisazion". The conversation/check-in was easy, with not much communication (which was ok, as everything worked out perfectly). In the middle of the apartments there is a big pool, which has also a seperate part, perfect for small children. But there was no restaurant/bar or so at the pool. You have to bring your own sun bed etc., which was available in our apartment though.
There are two restaurants to reach by foot, which were good.
Apart from that, there is not much in the area (mountain area), you have to like that of course.
The beaches are not so nice (esp. for children), so if you are looking for a beach vacation, this is not the area to stay (in our opinion). There are only very small beaches, very stony, with no restaurants or so. The nearest beach can bei reached by car in a few minutes. But you have to pay a high fee for parking and you have to walk downhill quite steep for a while (and also back up again of course). This is not feasible with children.
But near this beach, up the hill, there is a great, cosy restaurant with nice food and a fantastic view.
If you are looking for a not so touristic place and want to spend a lot of time at the pool, the place is great! If you are looking for a beach vacation, better go to another area.

My wife and I stayed at this property with our daughter (16) and son (9). The location is a little remote but there is a great local store and two bars/restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need and is well maintained. The property benefits from a balcony with fantastic views over the amazing pool and beyond to the sea. This is our second visit to the property and although it may not offer luxury it does offer great value.
