It was in the right place and the right price.
It was off-season and the hotel was in need of repair.

Only because we went at the end of season, not alot of options for food. Luckily we brought our own food and the hotel facilities had places to BBQ.

Location Location Location - I mean it is literally the only place within a 100 mile radius HaHaHa
There was only 6 other guests - off season - and we asked about checking in 30 minutes early, and despite being told the room WAS ready the answer was NO. Hummmmm Really

The parking was great lots of room for trucks and boats.
There was no breakfast and there are not restaurants. The pool was closed the whole time we were there which really sucked for the kids.
