Plug in by the bed. Lamps had phone charger ports. Had a microwave and an ironing board. Accepts pets. Had coffee in lobby.

Shower slow to drain. Not the cleanest. Beds were comfortable.

There was a maintenance issue I reported the day of check-in that was not fixed when we left. Also not made aware of required deposit of $100 on line on booking. Found out as we checked in.

The bathroom was deteriorating and poorly cleaned. The location of the hotel is noisy.

It was relatively close to an event we attended.

We booked online so we didn’t realize the hotel is situated between a major interstate highway and a state highway (just feet from the room doors). The trucks don’t stop even at night. It is old and in grungy, deteriorating shape.

Not good at all.

No breakfast...location was good

Did not clean after the first night...no new towels and only had one set each for a couple. There was open food and drinks left in the refrigerator when we arrived. The shower was clogged but did drain very slow and the toilet tissue holder fell off the wall. Elevator was also broken and we were on the 3rd floor the farthest room from the walk ramps. Refrigerator ran very loud,gad to shut it off which made the food and drinks we brought bad.

Convenient, nice staff but needs better housekeeping

It was close to the highway. It also had plenty of room for our vehicle and our trailer. The staff was very friendly and they came quickly to replace the battery in the chirping smoke detector.

The property is definitely dated. Our room had feathers from the pigeons outside. There were cobwebs in the corners. The baseboards were falling off the wall in some places and there was wood rot on the door jam in the bathroom. I was a bit put off when I was told that any excess hair from my dog COULD lead to an additional $50 for cleaning. I took pictures of the room prior to us getting settled.

Location is ok. Easy to get in and out of

Black mold all over ceiling. Broken mirror and walls beat to hell. Never serviced the room. Mold and mildew all over the shower curtain. Had to go to store and buy cleaning products in order to shower.Had to request a clean towel and extra toilet paper. Arrived an hour early before check in time and was charged an extra $20 for early check in fee. Had been traveling for 30 hours and was so tired I just paid it. Didn't realize how disgusting the property was until we woke up. Never ever again

Location wa good, staff tried to accommodate us and were friendly Ice machine dispensed plenty of ice.

The first rooms we were given smelled terribly strong of smoke. We went to the desk and were moved to other rooms that were less offensive but you still smelled of smoke there too. And it states that it is a non smoking facility. Our trash was never emptied, no clean towels during our stay. No tissues in the room. Dedicatedly could have been cleaned better, very dirty in the corners. The bathtub looked awful, there was even a crack in the bottom of the tub. thankfully I didn't have children who needed to use it, only used the shower Very little water pressure in the shower. It was hard to rinse my hair. Not a very good experience I would not likely stay here agai

Overpriced and dated hotel with no breakfast.

The room was clean with a good sized tub/shower.

Man who checked us is was rude. No greeting, just asked for an ID. Hotel is run down. Three floors and no elevator, just an abandoned shaft that looked like it came straight from a horror movie set. Hotel was not close to being full, but we were put on the third floor??? They obviously jacked up the price for Memorial Day weekend as the hotel was available the next day for $30 cheaper. No breakfast.

This is a GREAT budget-friendly place to spend a night or two!

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast b/c the hotel offered a 10% discount at a wonderful restaurant (Perkins) within walking distance. I have no knowledge of the hotel's breakfast offerings, but I enjoyed a Perkins' "Build Your Own" breakfast that was jaw-droppingly wonderful.

There was nothing I didn't like about this no-frills place! I particularly liked the fact that there's no carpet and that the floor was squeaky clean.

I liked that it was away from all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge but still in a good driving distance.

The room had an odor like it had been closed off for a long time. I went out and bought Lysol and air freshener but still smelled old.
