About this house rental
Rent a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home close to Minneapolis and everything that's fun to do in the western suburbs!. Sit outside on the large deck after a long day with the gorgeous view of the lake and wetlands is the perfect way to relax. This home has everything you need. The outdoor areas include 2 brick patios with portable fire pits and stocked firewood. The upstairs deck includes a dining table, chairs, chimenea, gas and charcoal grill. The two car garage and the long flat driveway are available for parking. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has a very comfortable full size pull out. Two of the bedrooms were recently remodeled with new paint, bedding and carpet. The half bath is also new. The lower level walks out to the large patio and has a wet bar and refrigerator, large screen TV and family room. The kitchen, dining room and living room are surrounded by south facing windows leading to the deck. Home is situated along direct access to miles of paved walking or biking paths overlooking a park and small baseball field.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at the arboretum. It was a fantastic location nearby in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was cozy with great views and amenities.

We had a great time. The location is fantastic. The views off the deck of Rice Marsh Lake are wonderful. Our dog enjoyed the big yard and we all loved walking around the lake which is just over 3 miles. This property is so close to many things. Restaurants, groceries and entertainment are within ten minutes away. The hosts were great and very responsive. Definitely will consider this again next year.
