About this house rental
This is our brand new home. We received the key from the developer in February 2018. It is among the nearest to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Here are some details on this beautiful home:
• Low density residential area, so you have plenty of privacy. Outdoor playground for kids only few meters away.

LIVING ROOM with an air conditioner, a 42” flat screen TV, satellite TV (Astro) and large couches.
DINING AREA comes with a dining table and 6 chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM: Upstairs Master Bedroom has an extra long king bed with comforter and 4 pillows, air-conditioner, ceiling fan, garment rack, it’s own bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer, and a balcony that overlooks the front of the house.
BEDROOM 2: Upstairs with queen bed, full sized comforter and 4 pillows, garment rack, ceiling fan, shared bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and towels.
BEDROOM 3: Upstairs with queen bed, full sized comforter and 4 pillows, garment rack, ceiling fan, shared bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and towels.
BEDROOM 4: Downstairs with queen bed, full sized comforter and 4 pillows, garment rack, ceiling fan, shared bathroom stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and towels
COMMON AREA upstairs can be used as an extra sleeping area with extra comforters and pillows provided. Here also we provide a standing garment steamer.
WASHING AREA downstairs at the back we provide a 14kg capacity auto washing machine. Also includes a drying rack.
KITCHEN
We allow our guests to cook! We provide a gas stove, a microwave, a fridge, and a water filter for unlimited clean drinking water.
We also provide cooking knives, a wok pan, a fry pan, a steam pot and a stew pot. Enough cooking needs for the chef in the family. And we provide enough serving plates, spoons, forks for everyone.
Includes plenty of paper towels, sponges, wipes, and various other kitchen utensils.
FREE ice cubes, tea bags, sugar, salt, ketchup, cooking oil.

The nearest train station located 6km away. It is a high speed rail system that connects KLIA to the KL Sentral and Putrajaya.
