Tucked away on the back patio sits a cozy seating area with a gas grill.

2 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street. Overflow parking lot within walking distance. Please do not park in nearby fire lane.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.
RENTAL PERIOD
Rents with a 3-night minimum in peak season. Short stays are welcome for all other available dates. Great holiday rental. Ask us about our long-term opportunities.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it!

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing off of two different piers. New bocce ball and shuffleboard courts and toddler sprinkler pad. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

This was a perfect place for a girls weekend. Love the house we stayed in and really loved the amenities. Highly recommend. Loved it so much we are planning a family trip next summer with our families!

The house was adorable and super clean. It came with everything we needed for a fun weekend. My only constructive feedback is the paper products like TP and paper towel were one ply which caused us to use more and run out. The description clearly states this is close to the playground. Be aware that means many many loud screaming children steadily from 6a-10p. If you’re looking to relax around the fire that’s not going to happen until after 10p.
