About this house rental
House very well equipped for a great family holiday.
House in solid wood in a wooded setting, near the city center of Mathes and 4.5 km from the beaches, with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 1 sleeping loft, with bathroom and separate toilet. The first bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe and the second bedroom bunk beds 90 by 200 and a BZ 140 by 190.
In mezzanine the bed is 140 by 190. The kitchen is fully equipped and has many kitchen appliances (plancha raclette mixer etc ..)
The land is 350 square meters and it is closed.
Opposite the terrace, a 1.35m deep semi-buried wooden pool is here to cool off and have fun.
A swing and other outdoor games are present in the garden to the delight of your children.
In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces.

The lodge is in a fantastic position, close to everything. We hired bikes from the end of the road and most days cycled to the beach, easily accessible to La grande Côte beach, La Palmyre centre/beach and zoo , La Coubre beach and lighthouse and st Palaus by cycle routes. Lodge is beautiful, has everything you could ever need , extremely clean and owners are lovely , friendly and helpful. Pool is beautiful as well, perfect size and depth. We have stayed in several properties around the area and this was one of the best . Highly recommend to all.

Chalet idéal pour 4 personnes
Très bien équipé
Extérieur idéal pour les enfants ( balançoire, trampoline, piscine, table de ping-pong)
Très bien situé: Pistes cyclables permettant d'accéder aux plages, au zoo et à différents sites notables à proximité, proche de toutes commodités.
Propriétaires sympathiques et réactifs
Petits bémols: chalet assez sombre dont le parquet grince mais ce sont des détails auxquels on s'habitue rapidement
