Villa Colibri is a newly built contemporary property ideally located in La Croix Valmer and close to Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro. The property has a stunning ocean view over the golden islands and wine yards. The property is in a very quiet environment and is composed of a main villa and 3 luxury apartments hosting up to 20 people. The beautiful outdoor pool is heated and there is a jacuzzi next to it. The villa and the apartments are elegantly decorated and furnished with exclusive design furniture.
Maid service every 2nd day is included.
The spacious 3-level villa has 5 bedrooms. The ground floor of an entry hall and a bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace, a dining room, a living room and a large open and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms are opening onto the terrace, the pool and the fantastic ocean view.
On the first floor is a huge master bedroom with a fireplace, shower and bath and two other bedrooms with bathrooms. All rooms have an amazing ocean view and open onto a terrace with sunbeds. On the lower floor you can find a room, two more bedrooms and a utility room.
The outside space is equally beautiful and in a heated infinity pool and a huge jacuzzi. The pool house is set on the ocean and the golden islands.
On the same plot but completely separated from the villa are a secluded terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom apartment with a mansion and a common entrance. Then the property consists of 10 bedrooms and can host up to 20 persons.
