Curtea, terasa și piscina foarte frumos amenajate și curate. Bucătăria comună complet utilată, curată și spațioasă. Proprietarii foarte amabili si plăcuți.
Nu sunt plase de țânțari la geamuri, nu există săpun lichid și gel de duș. În camere nu se face curățenie, nu se schimbă prosoapele. Camera în care am stat ușor degradată: dulapul defect, capacul de la wc, etc. Nu există uscător de păr, fier de călcat.
