Welcome to Champions Villa, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation home nestled in the prestigious Champions Gate community, just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando’s top attractions. Perfect for families and groups, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, blending modern comfort with playful, themed touches for younger guests.
The villa features three elegant king suites, each with a private en suite bathroom and plush seating. One king suite is conveniently located on the main floor, doubling as the pool bath for easy access. Children will delight in the Emoji-themed twin room with its own en suite and the “Finding Nemo” bunk room featuring a twin over full bed, adding a fun touch to your stay.
The open-concept main living area offers a spacious sectional, accent chairs, and TV, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar for 4 . A formal dining table for eight overlooks the screened-in private pool deck, where guests can lounge in the sun, enjoy al fresco dining, or relax with the outdoor TV from the shaded sitting area. Upstairs, a loft with a sectional and TV provides a cozy spot for movie nights or quiet downtime. With all this vacation home has to offer and access to resort-style amenities, Champions Villa is the ultimate Central Florida getaway.

• POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The house satisfied our needs however it needs a thorough cleaning and updating. When we checked in we looked at all the rooms and noticed that the upstairs Master suite had burn marks in the carpet and around all baseboards and vents there was a collection of thick dust. The kitchen faucet was loose we tried to tighten it but it did seem to help. There was also crayon marks on the walls in the living room and outside wall as well. It doesn’t come with a grill. When you book they will send you a link to a company that you can rent one however I called and they told me that they were no longer in business. So on the bright side this house is literally right next to the Club House it was great not having to drive over.

This property was lovely! It had the best equipped kitchen of any place I have ever stayed. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the pool was a great size, and there was plenty of space for my guests to spread out and relax.
