I would stay there again! I recommend it! Perfect for 1-2 people for 3-5 days. Not so big but enough

The flat was just as described. It was clean, very good location. Close to the beach and center. The host was caring and texted me all I needed. I picked up the keys myself from another location then where my flat was and this was the instructions. Handled without problem.

There was a smell in the bathroom. Probably coming from the drains. It wasn't there always, sometimes stronger sometimes less strong. The bathroom itself was clean with fresh towels.

Disappointing

On the surface of it, appeared I got a good bargain. General feel of a resort town

Exceptionally tiny room, more like a broom cupboard; situated opposite a working building site; indifferent dismissive attitude of the staff - despite three rounds of messages exchanges, did not bother to tell me that check-in was at a completely different address which created a problem; when asked for some local knowledge re parking, just waved off - unfortunately, this is consistent repeated behaviour in this country, certainly would not be rushing back to this place.

Good

Comfortable studio room in an old building near the town park and seaside boulevard. Quiet at night. Everything you need in a small space, including a kitchenette and small table. Comfy bed, basic sofa, TV with Polish channels. There's also a small shared garden at the front with seating.

Good value for money

Great location, relatively cozy and clean apartment. Relatively close to the beach, very close to everything in town.

Unfortunately there was construction work going on outside at almost all times (they're building some massive apartment building across the street) so it wasn't very quiet inside. Wi-Fi doesn't really work - either the network can't be found, or it has no internet connection. Picking up keys is a bit of a hassle since it happens in another property managed by same people. Lack of parking space is a problem if you arrive by car, luckily outside high season you can park for free on the street if you manage to find space.

We had no water heating at night once (~10PM) so had to take cold shower. Collecting apartment key in a different part of the city was also a bit inconvenient.

Wifi didn't work and the host didn't want to do anything at 17:30 "because it's too late", no hairdryer, hairs in the shower, no information about pick up the keys in another place

Es war sauber und ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis und sehr liebevoll hergerichtet

Das Zimmer wurde nicht warm , uns war sehr kalt dort zumal es draußen auch sehr kalt war. Schön wäre es wenn auch ein Toaster oder Minibackofen vorhanden wäre. Dann kann man den liebevoll gedeckten Tisch auch in Anspruch nehmen für ein leckeres Frühstück.

Lokalizacja, całkiem blisko do morza

Przez prawie cały pobyt nie mieliśmy w pokoju ciepłej wody. Woda była wręcz lodowata. Było to bardzo niekomfortowe, zwłaszcza że byłam z kilkuletnim dzieckiem. Taka sytuacja zdecydowanie wpłynęła negatywnie na nasz pobyt.

Bardzo mały pokoik dla 3 osób. Po rozłożeniu sofy, nie można już było swobodnie usiąść przy stole. Dobry na 1 noc. Kuchnia dość skromnie wyposażona.

Bliskość wszystkich atrakcji. Pani opiekująca się obiektem szybko rozwiązuje niedogodności ( wymiana pościeli, bo odniosłam wrażenie, że nie była założona świeża)

Podobał mi się pokój z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką.Czyściutko,Super

Nie podobały mi się schody wejściowe.Pokryte zieloną wykładziną która była porozrywana na stopniach.Zahaczyłam obcasem i o mały włos bym spadła ze schodów.Schody obniżają ocenę i zniechęcają do ponownej rezerwacji.Odbiór kluczy do hotelu na innej ulicy to zły pomysł

Rozczarowanie

Dobra lokalizacja. Miłe sąsiedztwo.

Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, ktorego mimo ciągłego wietrzenia, nie dało się pozbyć. W drugim dniu pobytu brak ciepłej wody, awaria została jednak usunięta kolejnego dnia. Możliwość parkowania auta jedynie na parkingu płatnym ( bardzo drogim), oddalonym od apartamentu o około 200- 300 metrów, co realnie, znacząco podnosi faktyczny koszt pobytu. W pokoju wiele ,,usterek", świadczacych o zużyciu, np. dziury w ścianie, uchwyt od szafki kuchennej urwany, odchodząca tapeta, itp. Co prawda nie mają one większego znaczenia dla samego pobytu, jednak zdjecia prezentowane w ofercie zdecydowanie różnią się od faktycznego wyglądu i stanu pokoju. Najbardziej rozczarowująca okazała się jednak pani zarzadająca obiektem. Osoba zachowująca się w sposób bardzo nieprzyjemny w stosunku do gości. Potrafiła dwukrotnie dzwonić przed godziną 22.00 i awanturować się o to, że auto gości zostało zaparkowane ( za zgodą miłego sąsiada) na jego podjeździe, zamiast na parkingu płatnym, wskazanym przez nią!!!! Była przy tym agresywna w swoich wypowiedziach, nie przebierała w słowach.

W apartamencie śmierdziało kanalizacja, okna i firany brudne, brudne ściany, dziura w podłodze. Na pierwszy rzut oka jest oki ale im dalej tym gorzej.

Möwengesang und Meeresrauschen zum Frühstück

Die Unterkunft ist gut zu erreichen und hält was sie verspricht, mit 350m zum Strand als auch zur Innenstadt. Desweiteren sind ein Kühlschrank und Herd im Zimmer vorhanden, womit die Option zur Selbstverpflegung auch gegeben ist. Das Aufwachen zum Meeresrauschen und "Möwengesang" rundet das Ostsee-Erlebnis ab.

In der Buchung wurde das Zimmer als 3-4 Personen Zimmer angegeben. Jedoch war dies nur ausgelegt für 3 Personen, inklusive einer Couch als 3. Schlafplatz die keine Schlaffunktion enthielt. Desweiteren ging die Balkontür nicht auf und die Dusche war recht schmal.
