Staff was always there if we had questions. The little balcony is super nice and the surroundings super calm. The street is very steep

It's a bit tricky for me to respond to these questions about the facilities. Everything was fantastic - until one incident which turned out to be a hilarious travel story in the end. At 1:30 a.m. in the morning we closed the bathroom door and it locked with both of us outside of it. We had no way to reach the owner as he had no cell service due to a power outage and it wasn't until the next morning around 10 a.m. we were able to connect with him. They were quick to respond when we finally connected and came right away to remove the door from the hinges so we could get our things from the bathroom before our departure. Hopefully they have redesigned these doors to prevent this problem from happening in the future, but having a secondary person to connect with for potential emergencies and perhaps an offer of a refund for the loss of our basic necessities/dignity for the night would have been good. But all in all the place was very cool, clean, and comfortable. Safe neighbourhood, and nice amenities.
