Great location and very clean.
Too hot of a day for the AC cooler to combat.

Excellent location, easy walk in to town. All amenities great, older property but very clean and well maintained. Ample supply of towels, toiletries etc. Main bed very comfortable. Kitchen extremely well appointed. Host very responsive and communicative. Excellent reading materials, both local and non-local.
Sofa bed not comfortable for a lightweight adult, support frame could be felt through mattress.

Communication from the owner was good and it's amazing if you have your own food or want to cook as it's fully kitted for that. Big fridge and all dishes necessary.
It's a little creepy how many weird cat pictures there are on the walls. If more than 2 people are staying, while there is a couch, it's unfomfortable and a bit short, so perhaps mostly for ladies. Main bedroom is very small and it's all super old, looks old and feels old. Not inviting. I would say highly overpriced imo, but it depends on what you're looking for I guess.
