Late checkin was quick and easy. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good mix of offerings, however the presentation was unappetizing for some. The coffee was good and my stay overall very pleasant.
The room was not very clean (urine under the toilet seat), smudges on the mirrors & glass, bottle cap on the floor. Overall the room was not by any means well cleaned. The air conditioning was pretty noisy but I got used to it. The breakfast buffet was off-putting. The berry compote looked incredibly unappetizing and the eggs & potatoes were mostly cold. Overall the arrangement and presentation of food was not appetizing.

We had a stay for 4 nights and they only came once for room service (cleaning) , even though I asked they said they wouldn’t be available to.
I have stayed in many hotels , don’t understand how there was no breakfast included. Once again we spent $780 for 4 nights and also having to pay for parking $10 per night.
