La posizione, è fantastica... direttamente in spiaggia in pochi minuti

Posizione vicinissima al mare, zona molto silenziosa , appartamento ben arredato e dotato di tutto ma proprio tutto il necessario . La signora Irene è stata gentilissima.

The location is great: literally at the end of the street (50 m from the apartment) there is a good beach. The best beach we found however to be at Torre Sant Giovanni, 15 mins by car (access road is not paved but it is doable). It is an amazing beach (like in the Caribbean) with white sand and beautiful shallow cristal-clear water. The property has a private parking spot next to it in the shades.

The apartment does not have proper isolation against humidity. Since it is next to the sea and on the ground floor, the humidity is very high inside. In shoulder season it is not a problem, but in the summer the apartment must be incredibly hot as there is no air conditioning. This is true for the entire territory: the sea and beaches are expectionally beautiful, the rest is a bit run down. The streets are full of potholes and the towns have lot of abandoned buildings.
