Comfortable in Quiet Neighborhood.
The open airy living room features comfortable furnishings, and fantastic floors. It's a bright sunny room with cable HDTV and internet, a DVD player and large selection of DVD's.
The dining table is situated in front of sliding doors which open fully (it's a pocket door) to the pool, providing a tranquil view of the water and tropical plants.
The pool area features a large covered outdoor area with additional dining tables and overhead fans and lights, lounge chairs and gas grill. Sit in the shade or in the sun overlooking a beautiful pool, surrounded by colorful plants both inside and outside the pool cage. The pool is solar heated and surrounded by lush landscaping.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are open to the living area. There's a bar between the kitchen and dining area with stools for extra seating.
The laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer is off the hall that leads to the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large closet, two dressers, and a desk. The en suite bathroom has a large tiled shower.
There are two additional bedrooms each having a queen bed, large closet, and triple dresser and mirror. These bedrooms share a full bath.
This is an outstanding vacation experience filled with comfort, privacy, convenience and visual beauty in a quiet neighborhood.
Public beaches are a short drive or a beautiful bike ride along the intercoastal waterway.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offers a 80 acre preserve, tennis courts and is the starting point for miles of biking and walking along the intercostal waterway.

Enjoyed our stay in So Venice. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful! We were a 10 minute drive to Venice pier. Great location and Kathleen was very easy to work with.

The property is well maintained and had everything we could need! The pool was really nice to be able to relax around in the evenings and when staying in from going out to eat. Our three daughters(ages: 3 and twin - 1 year olds) really enjoyed the pool and toys/noodles available. It is a short 8-10 minute drive to the beach. We always park next to “Sharky’s on the Pier” and access the beach through there. It is also a great place to grabs drinks and lunch on the beach.
