Spacious cottage in the countryside offers views of the Göta Canal, where you can watch the shipping traffic. In the large living room is a cozy seating combination, where everyone can find a place. Maybe you feel like playing a board game at the large dining table? Children can play in the large garden, the adults can sit down in the wooden furniture and have a cozy barbecue. A short walk will take you to swimming and fishing spots on the canal. On the canal you can also find a very popular and well-attended cafe. Nearby, in the village of Sjötorp, you can visit the maritime museum and watch the ships entering Vänern from the canal. In Sjötorp you can swim at several beaches and you also have the opportunity to catch the famous Vänern salmon. The inviting stores of Töreboda are about 10 km away, also the cafes and a festival. Not far from Norrkvarn and Skara Sommarland. Many golf courses. Along the Göta Canal you can also cycle, or travel the canal with the daily passenger boats. A popular destination is also the guest harbor of Norrkvarn and watch the traffic in the lock. In the evening you can enjoy a pleasant walk and dinner in Norrkvarn. This is a quietly located cottage within reach of a beautiful nature.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Ob Fön, Backpapier, Küchenmaschine - hier gabs alles, was man so brauch. Zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in allem gut in Schuss und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die zahlreichen Überbleibsel von Gästen könnten mal aussortiert werden (Shampoo, Konserven etc.). Der Garten ist herrlich und die Sicht auf den Göta Kanal top, auch wenn der Garten nicht direkt an den Kanal anschließt (das geht aus den Fotos nicht so richtig hervor). Zur Schleuse sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.
