About this house rental
lay down relax and suntan by the pool. this modern, spacious, open floor plan ,with full air conditioning/ heating. Family room to relax in over looking open concept kitchen. kitchen has separate eating area with sliding doors to outside heated pool area. kitchen is fully equipped with all upgrade appliances, including fridge,stove,dishwasher,microwave,coffee pot,toaster,lot of dish,pots and pans and utensils. family room has tv with full cable package. eating area has sliding doors that bring you to our private pool area with it own tv and eating area. floor plan with 2 private bedrooms. laundry room includes washer and dryer.

Richie met us at the house for check in and went over all the bells and whistles. If we had any questions or concerns he was very quick to respond. His home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and he supplies enough essentials to get you through until you can go to the store which was very helpful. We would recommend his home to anyone staying in the Spring Hill area.

Host was friendly, the rental house is in need of much repair. It is not maintained. It seemed that the house was furnished from a thrift store. Many of the towels had ragged edges. The house was generally clean, which was good. The lighting in the house is awful. Many missing lightbulbs. I didn’t think it’s my job to replace the lightbulbs. Also the light fixture over the table in the kitchen area is literally hanging by a wire. I took pictures. I would not rent this house again. The pool was filthy. Had to get ahold of the host to clean it. After he attempted to clean it, it was still dirty and so much bleach was put in that it bleached out my bathing suit. The pool was heated but there are many loose tiles around the pool. No street appeal at all. Again, it’s is disrepair and not maintained. The plastic solar cover was way oversized for the pool. It was dirty also. It was absolutely horrible to remove and put back in. It was clean but I would not rent again. Pictures online can be deceiving. Renter beware.
