About this apartment rental
Renovated, clean and spacious studio in Waikiki. Unit is on 38th floor of the Hawaiian Monarch Hotel/Condo building and comes with queen bed, full kitchen, full bath and amazing ocean, canal, diamond head and mountain range views.
Walk to Waikiki beach, Waikiki strip, convention center, restaurants, shops and many other Waikiki attractions in this newly renovated, clean and spacious unit.
The building offers a pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, barbecue grills, gym (one time $5 per guest usage fee), coin laundry, common area wifi, a bar and café.
Attached covered parking available at rate of $45/per 24 hours with in & out privileges. They take cash only. If you are staying past 7 days, please ask me about cheaper parking options.
Luggage storage service provided by our security office on the lower lobby level for $5 per bag.
There is 24 hour building security.
The view includes city, canal, mountain range and glimpses of the ocean.
Smart cars rental is on the premises and other car, scooter and bike rentals companies are nearby within few minutes walking distance.
Unit comes with wifi internet, cable TV, window air conditioning, microwave, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels (bath and beach).
Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided upon request.

We loved staying here! The location was fantastic — it was easy to get the keys, and having the tour bus stop right out front was a huge bonus. While this isn’t a brand-new 5-star hotel, it was very clean, comfortable, and had an absolutely amazing view. We were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Parking is available for a fee if you rent a car. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would happily stay here again!

Very good, basic accommodation. Great view of the city, and within walking distance of the beach. Two comments about the hotel: 1) the day front desk woman is unfriendly, brusk, unhelpful, and has poor communication skills. 2) great food and service at The Creme Pot, but apparently they are pioneering a new way of squeezing money from clients - a mandatory 20 percent service charge! We thought at first that it referred to a tip, and now tips for them are mandatory, so we didn't leave a tip for the server. Looking at the receipt later, we discovered otherwise. Will never eat there again because management is dishonest with their pricing.

Communication with the owner was always good, friendly and quick.The location was perfect for our vacation; you're right in Waikiki, close to the popular spots. What we liked best was the view. You can see the sun rising early in the morning and have a wonderful panoramic view of Waikiki and Diamond Head.

Space is small and building old, but priced accordingly. Elevators are a problem and since unit is on 38th floor, wait times are high. Place is convenient to shopping, beach and restaurants. TV sound system is annoying. Place is clean and directions good.
