House is located in the center of Maringá-RJ on the banks of the Rio Preto, next to shops (markets, restaurants, etc.) with 120m² lawn (parking for 3 cars and leisure), on the 1st floor: 2 rooms (with 1 fireplace each) / we do not provide firewood), TV29 ', toilet, kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker and other utensils), 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), bathroom (gas shower), area ( with tank), balcony (with large table for meals by the river), on the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and toilet. Note: We do not provide bed linen and towels.

Minha estadia foi ótima, a anfitriã muito prestativa, a limpeza no local tbem foi bem bacana, localização e perfeita, eu estava com 4 idosos eles adoram.
Para ficar perfeito faltou a chuva dar uma trégua, tbem se na casa teve-se uma pequena churrasqueira.
Daria ao passeio todo o conforto kkkk

O casal nos recebeu muito bem, o imóvel condiz com a descrição do anúncio e a localização é perfeita. Infelizmente houve a infelicidade de faltar água em parte da cidade que abrangia o imóvel que estávamos. Mas os anfitriões, prontamente nos alocaram em outro imóvel, que para nossa sorte estava vago, mesmo não sendo de responsabilidade deles a falta d'água. Só temos a agradecer e dizer que voltaremos em breve.
