Villa Almerina is an elegant and welcoming three-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Almerina you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Almerina is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Furore, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Santa Croce Beach) at 9 km (roughly 5.6 miles). You will reach Villa Almerina from the parking area going down a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 38 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Almerina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to three or four (depending on size) cars. Please note that access to Villa Almerina is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. The terrace is occasionally crossed by the owners and by the guests of other nearby apartments.
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa, two armchairs and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are simple and comfortable. The four dining tables can accommodate 12 guests. The room has a window with a view of the first terrace, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a small high window.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the dining room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Middle FloorBedroom 1
