The host was very helpful and had a lot of information that our family found helpful in our trip. The amenities for the five of us were very good. The fireplace, jacuzzi, beds, kitchen, etc…… were top class!Proximity to views, Ober bypass to PF or Gatlinburg were seamless for us in a very busy week.

We had issues with the door code . It contacted the property owner who was very nice but we still had issues. The dryer filter was so full and t wouldn’t dry the clothes . We pulled it out and cleaned it but the screen behind it is very dirty. The place was dusty. There was cobwebs all of the chandeliers on the main floor. . We had dust bunnies under our bed and beside the main floor sink there was 3 wads of toilet paper and a ton of dust . One of the beds downstairs had dirty sheets.
The cabin needs more towels , dish clothes and wash cloths. The cabin is very beautiful and the owner is very kind, but whoever they are paying to clean needs to step up their game.
