About this apartment rental
Williamstown - A Jewel in the West
A 5 minute walk to some great restaurants, local shopping strip, picturesque marina, historical landmarks, the Esplanade and back beach with train station around the corner.
My place is ideal for all types of visits: Business stays, holidays, or just taking time out. To use as a base to start and end your days. Just walking distance from most tourist musts.
Primarily my home, the apartment is situated on the first floor and has all the features of a home stay with host living on the premises. It is private and has a separate entrance.
The apartment that you are booking consists of a kitchenette, sitting room, full bathroom and either 1 or 2 bedrooms for guests to book, depending on their requirements. NO visitors permitted to enter the property for safety, security and Insurances reasons.
The space is peaceful and quiet, spacious with contemporary style rooms and comfortable accommodation.
The train station is a 2 minute walk, so you may hear it occasionally.
Possibly not suitable for persons with walking disabilities, as there is a full flight of stairs to enter and not suitable for entertaining as no visitors are permitted.
Free Street Parking.
Check in times: 2pm-8pm (strictly)
Check out: 10am
Continental breakfast provided for the first day of your stay, until you find your bearings. It includes cereals, toast, spreads, butter, yogurt, fruit, various coffees and teas.
Cooking permitted only in the appliances provided.
eg: Microwave, kettle, toaster, and sandwich press.
Other kitchen facilities include:
Fridge, all crockery and cutlery and glassware.
Kitchen sink, dish washing liquid and tea towels
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning
Bedrooms:
Heaters, Fans
All bedding, sheets, pillows and donnas, bed side table with night lamp
Both Rooms have Queen beds that can each accommodate 1 or 2 guests each. Total of 4 people

The flat has everything you could need and Emily is a friendly helpful host. The location is perfect. It’s just short walks to the shops, Gem Pier or the beach and the train station is literally round the corner. The surroundings for the apartment are like a little oasis. We can highly recommend it.

Place was as the listing, comfortable and beautiful (at least the one bedroom I had access to). The in-person check-in process and communication was difficult, and messed up with my holiday plan. I did not feel particularly welcomed as Emily kept insisting that the listing was her home. My friend (a local resident who introduced herself) was not allowed to help me carry my luggage inside.

The property is in an ideal location with being close to the centre of Williamstown and its restaurants and also close the the station to commute to Melbourne city

We enjoyed our stay very much. Never have we been in an apartment that has been so well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is there. The location was great and although attached to a residence, very private. Also loved meeting David Bowie the adorable cat
