Dość cicho pomimo basenu pod oknami. Duzy wybieg dla psa przy osiedlu:) dobrze wyposażona kuchnia (herbata, kawa, kapsułki), tabsy do prania i dużo papieru toaletowego :) dostępne rowery. Plus udogodnienia osiedla. Całkiem ok. Do plaży niedaleko.
