Location, Secure Parking, Quiet neighbourhood, Ample Outdoor space on patio, comfortable bed.

The oven dirty and the frying pans could not be used so old dirty and damaged.the dishes were miss matched and chipped. Freezer full of ice and not cleaning Furniture old and dirty. Carpet living room dirty and stained. 1 dining chair had a huge stain and was wet? The lift was broken for 2 days (we had the top floor) we had to call the company to fix it?

The location is handy for walking into Basingstoke town. The apartment itself has separate bathrooms for each room, which was very helpful plus a third toilet. The kitchen, dining, lounge works well with enough space to work or sit and read/watch TV. There are also desks in each bedroom.

Getting the keys was easy enough but getting in took a while longer, as there are 2 buildings. We then spent time looking for the car parking space in our building, only to find the instructions upstairs, which said it's under the other building. After messaging the host as we couldn't find the remote, we were told that the last guest had taken it and they were trying to find a new remote. I followed up a day later and still no response at the time of writing this review, so our car sat in visitor parking for 3 nights outside. Suggest if secure parking is important, as it was to us with a rental car, to check they have the remote. The apartment itself is nice enough and would benefit from a very thorough clean and with a taller cleaner too, especially in and around the shower.
