La struttura è posizionata in prossimità della spiaggia e del centro abitato. Entrambe le mete si raggiungono comodamente a piedi. Il proprietario cordiale e disponibile prima durante il soggiorno.
Anche se il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che onesto, la struttura e gli arredi necessiterebbero , a mio parere, di un restyling.

Posizione eccezionale perché centrale, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e ai servizi tipo supermercato, tabacchi ecc., doccia esterna e posto auto con pass fornito dal proprietario
Spazio interno un po' limitato, poca luce e il bagno sarebbe da ristrutturare perché è vecchiotto
