Enjoy your next vacation at the Harbourgate Resort and Marina, located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach. Voted best marina on The Grand Strand, it has some of the best views in the area; visitors love the pleasant sights of boats, personal watercraft and occasional dolphins splashing in the water.
This spacious updated 2BR/2BA condo has leather sofas in the living room with new tables in the living room and dining room. The TV has been updated to a Large VIZIO and there TVs have been updated in both bedrooms too. It also has been decorated with coastal artwork throughout. It has recently been updated with all new flooring throughout the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The kitchen has a new backsplash and new countertop appliances that match beautifully. The kitchen also has all new stainless steel appliances. It has an all new HVAC system which was installed in 2022. The condo has been freshly painted and has all new light fixtures. The primary bedroom has a king bed and it has been updated with new bedding and drapes. Also all new hardware on the furniture. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds and it has been updated too with new bedding. Both bathrooms have new showerheads, new toilets and lovely decor.

The location was great and my little granddaughter loved watching the boats. Accommodations were comfortable. Only negative was the smell of stale cigarettes permeating the condo. Fortunately the weather was nice so we could keep all the balcony doors open during our stay.

We come to Myrtle Beach every other year and have for many years. This time we wanted something in North Myrtle, close to the beach, Archies and Little River. This is the perfect spot. The rooms are large, the view of the marina and the waterway are fantastic. The saltwater pool and spa were a perfect way to end the day. I will not be surprised to return on our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Our unit was #312, and the large balcony has great views of the activity in the marina and the waterway.
The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have newer appliances in the kitchen, and the new A/C is really cold.
We would give this condo a five-star rating, if it had received a proper cleaning beforehand. This is not the fault of the owner, as they use a maid service.
This location is a quick drive to both Cherry Grove and Ocean Drive beaches, as well as all the activities, shopping, and restaurants in both North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. We highly recommend and would return.
