About this house rental
Wonderful seasonal (not short-term) rental, wonderful for that ski vacation or summer getaway of 1 month or more (already priced for monthly). Big mountain and lake views. Hike on nearby miles of trails, explore the beaches around the lake, ski Winter Park or Granby Ranch. In the summer, rent a boat (or bring your own!) Watch the occasional storms roll in over the lake from the mountains from the large windows while cozy in the house. Short drive to the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, Ski Granby Ranch. Winter Park about 40 mins drive. 4.5 acres of property with panoramic views of Lake Granby in front of the house and the Colorado River in the back. Must have a four wheel drive vehicle, especially in snow season. Fully stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable accommodations, washer/dryer, dishes, utensils, pots/pans etc. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths lets your family stay comfortably.

My friends and I were looking for a winter home near a ski mountain. We wanted something remote rather than in the suburbs. I don't think we realized how amazing of a location this house has when booking. The pictures in the listing don't do the location justice. You're located on a lake that feeds into the Colorado river. Just 15 minutes from Granby, 45 minutes to Winter Park Resort, and 15 minutes to Grand Lake, this place is perfect. I saw moose on 4 different occasions. Plus, the hosts were very helpful and attentive when we needed them. I'd highly recommend.

We had a job in Grand Lake for a few months in the winter of 20/21. This home was a perfect base camp. Had some hiccups on plowing but the owner was fast to reply and resolve. Ideal for contactless housing in Grand Lake, and the views are incredible. Wish we were there to have fun.

A comfortable home with the most amazing views of Lake Granby, the Rocky Mountains and the beginning of the Colorado river. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck watching the sunrise over the Rockies and dinner on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets. Nicole was easy to work with and very accomodating. Highly recommend.

Terrific location with wonderful lakeview and near multiple lakes, rivers and hiking trails. Grand County Colorado has lots to do and see and this is a spectacular location for all of it. Owners were great to work with.
