In Capbreton (near Hossegor), villa of 130 m2, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tubular swimming pool (summer).
Quiet, close to the bike paths which serve beaches and the city center in 10 minutes.

2 bedrooms on the ground floor with queen-size bed.
The bathroom on the ground floor consists of a large shower, a bathtub, and a double sink.
2 bedrooms upstairs with 90 single bed (one on the mezzanine, see photo).
On the mezzanine, a 140 bed / futon.
Shower room with shower and sink.
Wooded garden of 600 m2 with games for children (Trampoline, swing, rope ladder, TRX).
SOUTH covered terrace and WEST terrace with awning.

Location conforme à l’annonce. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Maison que l’on recommande vivement.

Nous avons loué cette maison une semaine fin juillet. Nous étions 2 adultes et 5 adolescents. La maison est parfaite avec 4 vraies chambres plus une mezzanine donc largement assez de place pour nous 7. Elle est bien placée et nous avons pu tout faire à vélo. Une mention particulière pour les extérieurs qui viennent d’être refaits avec une toute nouvelle piscine chauffée et un espace diner/lounge couvert + plancha qui apporte un véritable plus pour les longues soirées d’été.

Maison agréable facile d'entretien avec des volumes spacieux et un jardin permettant de profiter des différents moments de la journée selon son envie.
Proche de toutes commodités tout en étant dans un quartier calme. La proximité des activités se trouvant au Gaillou ne gêne en rien la quiétude du lieu.
Maison où il fait bon de passer des vacances.
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs sur la moindre question ou le moindre dysfonctionnement pouvant avoir lieu pendant le séjour.

Nous avons passé une super semaine entre amis dans la maison de M. et Mme Dallier! Elle est parfaite pour deux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Les pièces sont très agréables et le jardin est un petit terrain de jeux idéal pour les enfants. Tout est pratique et rien ne manque!
Les propriétaires sont très sympas et arrangeants.
