About this house rental
There are three large suites, an open-concept living room/kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, freezer, and kitchen utensils; a barbecue area with a grill, gas stove, and wood-burning stove; a veranda; a recreation area with a pool; a sand lot; a soccer field; a lawn; a garden; and a bathroom. Accommodates 15 people (three double beds, four single beds, and extra mattresses). 2 km from the beach and shops in Meaípe (5-minute drive, 20-minute walk); 4 km from the beaches of Peracanga, Bacutia, and Guaibura; 10 km from downtown Guarapari and Areia Preta Beach; 15 km from Praia do Morro. There are two houses on the same farm; I live in one and rent out the other. When I rent it out, I set up a movable screen-type fence to separate the spaces, and the recreational area is for guests’ exclusive use. Just family.
