Valras: 2 Bedroom house with terrace, garden and private parking
Modern, bright and attractive, the house is set in a secure, private residence of 30 properties with a generous shared pool set in an established Mediterranean garden.
Pool open for the season, early June to late September.
- Fully equipped kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, combination/microwave oven and fridge-freezer
- Living/ dining room leading on to covered terrace and secluded sunny garden
- Bathroom with shower over bath
- Upstairs to 2 bedrooms (double with view of the pool)
- FreeSAT, DVD player and French HDTV
Bed linen, house towels and bath mat are included for a small fee

No. 24 is just 800m from the sea and 4km of ‘Blue Flag’ sandy beach, with lifeguard service in season. Take a leisurely walk along the broad promenade to the town centre and sample the great range of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops or stroll along the pier for a great view of Sete to the north and the Pyrenees to the south. In season, take the ferry across the River Orb and experience the wild beauty of Serignan plage. Bike hire is available by the beach and there are lovely routes through the vines and alongside the Canal du Midi. Away from the sea there is plenty to explore; kayaking and canoeing up river on the Orb, walking in the high Languedoc and history in nearby Beziers and easy access to the A9 makes Valras an excellent base if you want to explore further afield.
Minimum Stay is set to 7 nights, but shorter stays can be available out of season. Please message us for details.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison était parfaite pour un couple avec terrasse privée et très peu de vis à vis. Résidence calme à 5 min à pied de la plage.
Les hôtes préparent très bien votre arrivée et vous donne toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin.
