About this house rental
The "Melaverde" apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift. It is very bright. There are: a corridor, two large bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. In the double bedroom there is also a baby bed. In the spacious kitchen there is also a dining table and, of course, there is a bathroom. Bed linen, kitchen linen and towels are provided, with weekly change.

Appartement qui correspond parfaitement aux photos, très fonctionnel et bien équipé (café, huile, sel....sont aussi fournis), très propre, et très bien situé, à moins de dix minutes à pied de la première plage (plages publiques et privées en alternance sur le lungomare), et avec des commerces juste à côté. Vue magnifique sur la mer, depuis l'une des chambres. Grazia est très sympathique et très serviable, elle est venue nous chercher et nous a raccompagnés à la gare, ainsi qu'à un distributeur automatique. Elle a été constamment à notre disposition pour chaque demande.
A savoir : l'appartement est situé presque en sortie de la station balnéaire, on est donc assez loin du centre de Minturno proprement dit (une demi-heure à pied à peu près). Par ailleurs, selon les soirs et le vent, on entend de la musique qui vient des plages. C'était la période de Ferragosto (fêtes du 15 août), c'est donc un peu normal, mais il faut le signaler si on cherche le calme.
