About this house rental
Fabulous frontline split-level 2-bedroom townhouse with great sea views, private pool and patio located 2 mins walk to village restaurants and mins walk to the sheltered blue flag beach at Burgau!
The front door opens into a ground floor hall from where stairs lead up to the main living area which comprises a living room, kitchen, main bathroom and the twin bedroom. From this level stairs lead to the Master Bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs.
The lovely bright lounge has a sea view and patio doors which open onto a lovely sunny patio and pool area with four sun loungers to sunbathe and relax beside the pool.
The pretty lounge has comfy seating, a flat screen TV and a dining table which seats six.
A door from the lounge/dining area leads to a separate well-equipped kitchen which has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender and pots, pans and crockery.
The kitchen also opens onto the patio and pool area which has a charcoal BBQ and a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, or relaxing with a glass of one of the many wonderful local wines and a good book!
Also on this main level, beside the living room, is the main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Opposite the bathroom is the Twin Bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
Upstairs from the main living area, is the Master Bedroom which has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Doors from the bedroom open onto a sunny veranda with two chairs to relax and enjoy the lovely sea views, and views of the cliff/coastal track.
N.B. Because the two bedrooms are on different floors this villa may not be ideal for a family with small children.
There is free off-road parking at the front of the villa. The villa has free wi fi. There is full air conditioning and the villa, pool and garden are well maintained.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The private pool offered complete relaxation and privacy, allowing us to unwind at our own pace. Every morning, we woke up to fantastic, breathtaking views that made the entire experience even more special. The combination of luxury, tranquility, and stunning scenery made this holiday truly exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape and recharge in style.

We have been visiting the Western Algarve , Salem and Burgau for 40 years and have always stayed in a Villa. This was our first time staying in Burgau. The location of the property is perfect, walking distance to all facilities and the beach. Some great restaurants too.We did have a couple of issues which were resolved very quickly and with ease. Our only observations are that the property is a little dated inside in terms of decor, and we were slightly disappointed that there was no beach equipment, we’ve not stayed in a villa where there were no chairs to use , and the spare umbrella was broken. There was nothing that would stop us going again however just our observations.Thanks for a lovely visit!

bedrooms ok / all shower heads need to be replaced / in the kitchen, toaster rubbish (about 20 years old) / dishes and glasses all quite worn out / lounge had the atmosphere of a fride-freezer (needs softening up). Sound isolation none at all. You can hear your neighbours going up and down the stairs and talking. All-in-all too expensive at over EURO 215/night.
