About this apartment rental
When you choose this beautiful 2nd floor 950 sq ft condo you are sure to enjoy the private balcony accessed from the living room direct gulf view from the bedroom 3 flat screen TVs washer/dryer and free unlimited WIFI. With an outdoor pool and plenty of space to grill and picnic spend your days in the lazy swing or on sugar sands. The 60 units in this traditional building are sure to please you and your entire family. Want to stay longer? Monthly rentals are available November to March 1. Call for pricing. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this unit. --------
PARKING
One (1) vehicle is allowed per reservation during, special events, holidays, and from mid-May through Labor Day. A maximum of two (2) vehicles is permitted per reservation at all other times. Guests are responsible for complying with parking regulations and restrictions in place during the duration of their stay.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

We stayed in 267 for 4 days this little place was perfect for us clean, close to beach and shopping. The beds were comfy the place is spacious. We didn't want to leave. Only recommendation would to have keruig instead of coffee pot would of like to have one cup or use of hot water.

My family and I stayed at Island Shores condominium # 267. This condo was extremely clean with very nice up to date decor and an ocean view. Well worth the money; centrally located. The bed was very comfortable and bathrooms were very roomy.
