It can accommodate up to 9 people comfortably with sofa bed.

The floor in the living room is brand new, and wooded. From the sleeper sofa you can watch the new 55 flat screen TV. There is also a CD player.
There is a formal dining area that seats 6 plus a further 4 bar stools by the fully equipped kitchen.
A king size bed is located both downstairs and upstairs in both master bedrooms. Both masters has its private bathroom as well.
Third and fourth bedroom which are located upstairs have 2 twin beds in each room.
