It is nice location in city centre.
We had problems with parking due to festival during our stay.

The stay was amazing; from the fine artistic details of the apartment, the comfortable bed, the location, and the hosts. The hosts were very helpful and kind - providing information for visiting specific ceramic artisans, a ride to the train station, and most impressive an invite to hike in a historic grotto (centuries old caves that were homes). We’ll never forget Grottaglie.

Very beautiful place, the owners really put effort and heart into this accommodation -which makes it nice to stay.
Kind host to hand over the keys and able to give tips for diner and activities.
We liked staying in the middle of the (at night buzzling) old town centre. Restaurant; (coffee)bars, and ceramic district are all in walking distance -perfect & special hide-out in Grottaglie.

Colazione non presente nella locazione. Inserito nel contesto del centro storico, ha risentito in parte del rifacimento del piano stradale con nuovo posizionamento delle cosiddette chianche. La posizione è apparsa confacente alle nostre esigenze. L’immobile ha delle potenzialità da sviluppare. I due proprietari estremamente gentili.
Purtroppo l’odore stantio di appartamento chiuso ha interessato anche i mobili e non ha reso gradevole il soggiorno di 5 giorni, per mitigare questa presenza sono state tenute aperte le due finestre contrapposte e l’aria condizionata in funzione senza ottenere il risultato sperato. Analogamente a ciò abbiamo ritenuto non utilizzare né la cucina né le stoviglie allocate nel mobile designato impregnato dello sgradevole odore, riscontrato anche da uno dei proprietari a locazione ultimata.
