This property should be listed for 2 people as the sofa bed is not in usable condition. Otherwise good place to stay.

Resort review:
There is a nice 3 minute walk from the main ski run to the resort(look for the Marquis sign). Unfortunately this is only available if you can ski to base, otherwise you have to walk to the gondola which is like a 10 minute walk.
The resort is also well maintained and there is plenty of (paid) parking even on a busy week.
Room review:
The room needs upgrades. The mattress on the pull out sofa was unusable. The mattress springs could be felt and the couch itself was stained. The TV remote was also broken and so was the TV audio. Being that this is a ski resort, it would be nice if the room had wall hangers that could be used for drying up your gear.

I gave the "accuracy of online listing" a low grade as the suite should fit 4 people, but if you consider a good night's rest important, then it won't accommodate 4 people. In summary, if you are thinking that the pull out bed can be used for sleeping, you will be sorely disappointed. We are a family of four (kids aged 10 and 13), and even they couldn't sleep on the pull out. The mattress is warped, thin, and you can feel the springs very very easily. We've stayed in another place at the Marquise with the same problem. The couch itself is super comfy to sit on, but when you pull it out for sleeping, it's impossible. Please fix this! Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay.
