Blocks from the ATLANTIC WAVE PARK, DOME music venue & CONVENTION CENTER & central to restaurants, roasters, & museums.Tucked quietly off the street, this clean, tranquil, and safe retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement all steps from the beach. Experience everything this reimagined district has to offer!
Open floor plan in kitchen & living area, connected to a great deck for entertaining. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with views of the oceanfront. Large 2nd & 3rd story balcony. Large master suite & bathroom. Two car garage, driveway, & street parking.
Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 2 double beds. Bedroom #2 on the first floor contains a queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower and tub.
The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2nd story deck. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.
Bedroom #3 is the primary bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a jetted tub.
Some details to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.
AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.
PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.
REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 407 18th Street in Virginia Beach. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every room was well maintained, and the beds were cozy, making it easy to relax after a day at the beach.The kitchen was one of our favorite features. It was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the open layout made it easy for everyone to gather together.Our host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.The location was perfect! We were within walking distance of the beach and the vibrant ViBe Creative District, which is filled with murals, local restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. (Wanderlog)A few local favorites we enjoyed:• Three Ships Coffee Roasters for excellent coffee and breakfast.• Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii, just a short walk away.• Hearth Wood Fired Cuisine & Craft Beer for delicious wood-fired dishes.• 🦪 The Atlantic on Pacific for fresh seafood and oysters.• Explore the nearby ViBe Creative District for unique shops, art galleries, and the Saturday farmers market. (Visit Virginia Beach)If you need groceries, the nearby Harris Teeter near the oceanfront is very convenient.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying everything Virginia Beach has to offer. Our stay at Nathan’s house was great! The location is perfect, just close enough to the beach for a nice walk and just far enough away that you’re not disturbed by all the traffic and excitement of the boardwalk! The house was clean, very accommodating for my family, and gave a very homey vibe! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this home and we would stay again!!
