This beautiful 3500sf historic home has lots of space and light, and is perfect for your short or long term stay. It still has the original windows, hard wood floors, and coffered ceilings.

This historic midtown craftsman house was ideal for our six member adult family destination Christmas. Booking was easy, host was super responsive and the location was perfect for our planned activities. Being able to walk to Piedmont Park with the Atlanta Botanical Garden as well as GT McCamish Pavillion for basketball was a plus. House with the bonus cottage, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, hot tub for intrepid son, comfortable beds and separate bathrooms for all made our stay most enjoyable.

This craftsman-style house is located in downtown Atlanta, convenient to the convention center, the aquarium, and other downtown attractions. The main house worked well for us, with the exception of the 25-year old refrigerator which didn’t work and required we call for repair. The guest house had some major issues, including a very dirty microwave and stained sheets on the bed. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with the level of cleanliness and unworking, aged appliances given the nightly rate of this house.
