The apartment is very well equipped, new and spacious, and the host is genuinely lovely. The balcony is large with lovely sea views — a great spot to relax. It’s also not too far to walk to the harbour, which is a real plus if you’re driving, since parking near the harbour is difficult and inconvenient; staying here makes it much easier. It’s worth explaining why we chose Makarska: the town’s biggest appeal is that it avoids the noise and crowds of a big city like Split, while still giving you two things that rarely come together. You can head out on boat trips and island-hopping from here, and at the same time you can drive straight up to Biokovo Nature Park right behind the town and walk out onto its glass Skywalk high above the coast. That sense of having the sea right at your feet and a towering mountain at your back — all within minutes — is something few seaside destinations offer, and it was the main reason we picked this area. Posizione comoda alla spiaggia e al centro città dove parte una bellissima passeggiata lungomare ombreggiata. Milka la proprietaria e suo figlio sono state molto gentili e accoglienti, con un gradito e inaspettato regalo.Balcone con vista mare rilassante e ottimo sistema di aria condizionata anche se non l’abbiamo molto utilizzata perché la casa rimaneva abbastanza fresca.

L’appartamento è piccolo, adatto più per due persone che per tre adulti; il bagno è davvero piccolo così come la zona cucina molto essenziale. Un consiglio è anche di aggiungere in bagno degli appendi asciugamani.
