Apartmán v Sovom hniezde

Spacious and comfy apartmen. Located in the city centre, very nice host.

Since this is a window-only apartment, as mentioned in the listing, you should expect that the windows are the only source of ventilation and there is no air conditioning, which may be a drawback on hot days.

Very kind and responsive host, location is just perfect, clean and spacious place, free coffee + good coffee machine in the apartment, interesting historical building. The kitchen is fully equipped including enough cleaning products in the kitchen, enough towels, big dining table with chairs, free wifi and TV with plenty of programmes including Netflix.

We informed that 4 adults and 1 child will arrive. In the description, it is written: "a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room. The property features family rooms..". This is actually not true. The main bedroom is only accessible via very steep, ladder-like stairs. While this is somewhat visible in the photos, what isn't obvious is how the second "bedroom" is set up. The second bedroom is located in the attic, directly under the roof. There are no proper beds - just two mattresses placed side by side - and there isn't even a window, you cannot even stand there - you can only crawl. The ladder leading up to it is even steeper than the one to the main "bedroom". This wouldn't have been a problem if this information had been clearly disclosed. We had originally planned to travel with my parents (both over 60) and my six-year-old daughter, which would have been quite problematic. In the end, our plans changed and we didn't bring them, and it turned out to be the right decision because they simply wouldn't have been able to manage those stairs. This information should be stated clearly. Neither of these rooms can realistically be described as a proper bedroom. Its an open space in the attic without AC. We had no issues with the heat, so it was manageable. No shower gel/shampoo available, only a hand soap in the bathroom. Value for money is a bit questionable.
