Nicely located comfort holiday home on Alfsee.
You live in a quiet holiday home area directly on the Alfsee. All attractions are within walking distance.
Alfsee, water ski facility, indoor children's playground, hedges labyrinth, go-kart track, sauna landscape u. V. M.
We have paid particular attention to your sleep quality. All rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses.
The double bed with air-sprung mattresses.
Temperature-compensating duvets and pillows incl. Cotton duvet covers are included.
Likewise towels and tea towels.
On the covered terrace you will find a large gas grill for nice barbecues even when the weather is not so nice.
Furnishing:
- Kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle,
- Washer, dryer
- 1 fully automatic coffee machine, 1 Tassimo coffee machine,
- 1 living area with fireplace, couch can also be used as a sofa bed,

- 1 bedroom with double bed 180x200 (air-sprung mattresses) + possibility of 2 extra beds
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x200 each

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und hat sogar einen richtig schönen Garten.
Die Terrasse mit Grill ist sehr gemütlich.
Alle Aktionen sind sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut , es waren alle technischen Geräte
vorhanden ,die Betten waren super,auf der Terasse gab es Decken für die Abendstunden. Wir drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder haben uns wohl gefühlt.
