Beach access is a safe and accessible 5 minute walk via an underpass and nature track, only one very quiet road to cross.

Please respect our neighbours right to peaceful enjoyment and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
Akoakoa Sunrise Beach is located a picturesque 20 minute drive from Maroochydore/Sunshine Coast Airport. Brisbane Airport is 1.5 hours away. Hire a car at the airport or avail of the bus shuttle service which will bring you right to the front door.

We were 2 families but so much room, felt like it would fit 3. Everything well appointed- felt we were at the hilton.

This was a lovely property. Loads of space for all family members, a lovely feel. It was a little further from the beach than we anticipated, but overall a wonderful holiday and we would stay there again.

Travelled with 3 generations of family and the property was perfect. Seperate spaces to getaway to and a big central living/dining/outdoor space to enjoy together. Quiet neighbourhood with everything you need close by. We all enjoyed 10 days of bliss

We had a great time at this property. 3 big master-style bedrooms with ensuites, perfect for our extended family. Excellent breezes through the louvres.
